This week's Follow Friday question is... Do you judge a book by its cover?
Unfortunately, yes. I know how the old adage goes and all, but an intriguing cover will draw me to a book very easily. However, a synopsis is also very important to me. I'm equally likely to pick up a book with a beautiful or interesting cover and so-so synopsis as I am for a book with a so-so cover and interesting synopsis.

Although I primarily review young adult fiction of nearly every genre, I love middle grade fiction and am open to young adult nonfiction and select adult fiction. Ebooks in a Kindle-accepted format as well as physical books, and I accept ARCs.

I think a cover and the content are a perfect marriage! :) Both are important, although content is way more important. Books with ugly covers though may never get picked up! :/ Sad but true!

I think I'm more likely to by a book from the blurb than the cover... then again, I have picked up one or two mainly because the covers gorgeous... (:
